Where We Invest

AJM Capital operates at the intersection of private equity and the secondary market, deploying capital through three core strategies.

Secondary Acquisitions

We acquire limited partnership interests in established private equity and alternative investment funds. By sourcing in the secondary market, we gain access to mature, de-risked portfolios at attractive valuations with accelerated return profiles.

Direct Private Equity

Selectively, we invest directly in private companies and co-investment opportunities alongside established sponsors. Our focus areas include technology, education, healthcare, and community-oriented enterprises with strong fundamentals.

Structured Solutions

We evaluate GP-led continuation vehicles, preferred equity structures, and bespoke liquidity solutions. These transactions leverage our understanding of fund mechanics and alignment of interests across the capital stack.

Portfolio Companies

AJM Capital maintains positions across public equities and private ventures, with a focus on technology, artificial intelligence, and platform-scale businesses.
